Chinese Hebei Steel hikes rebar contract prices for August

It's reported that the Chinese steelmaker Hebei Steel announced its rebar contract prices for August.

Hebei Steel decided to raise its contract prices for HRB400 rebar with diameter of 18mm-25mm by RMB30/ton to RMB3, 480/ton for August.

Industry source expected that the spot prices would rise further and the mills' agents could make some profits.
